With over 10 years of experience in the spa industry, physio clinics, and 9 years of experience teaching therapists at the Clifton Lido, I’m now offering bespoke treatments for women from our cozy converted cabin in the countryside. Our bodies are different from day to day, as are our emotions, hormones, external environment, stresses, responsibility's ...the list goes on!:)
So i like to meet people, where there mind and bodies are at in that moment, whether we are doing one on one yoga, working with Your body in getting the correct alignment, or tailoring a massage treatment to your specific needs that day. I am a fully qualified yoga teacher, and massage therapist of 4 years, trained in the UK, Indonesia India and Thailand, offering here at Kawai Purapura holistic body work in the styles of;
lomi lomi (Hawaiian massage)
Tibetan massage
Thai massage
Relaxation
deep tissue
joint mobilization and stretching
and just general yumminess :)
