💫Pockets of joy 💫I have talked recently in my yoga class about pockets of joy; may we consciously look for them, may we be open to finding and recognising them when they find us. Even in the most challenging of times or the most unlikely of places. The brightness of sunshine poking through the clouds, the steam coming off that first glorious cup of tea in the morning, that first crisp breath of fresh air in your lungs when you leave the house in the morning, a smile from a loved one. Happy half term dear friends! Thank you to all the amazing people who make up this community and share their love and presence in class - I’m so grateful for each and every one of you. Happy summer holidays friends 🤩🫶🏼 I am excited to share that Friday morning yoga will be running every Friday throughout August at the guide hut in Milford on Sea. Come along for a fun filled vinyasa flow class, move your body, connect with your breath, and take a little time for yourself. 2 class offerings on a Friday morning; 9:20am power flow, 10:40am go with the flow.
