As we step into this super powerful New Year, we're guided by the gentle glow of the Full Moon in Cancer on the 3rd of January, inviting us to come home to ourselves.

This Moon reminds us that our emotions are wisdom, our sensitivity is strength and tending to our inner world is a powerful act of, I hate to say the words, but, self love. If we are off kilter then the world around us will be squewy.

Use these days to honor how far you have come, release what no longer nurtures you, and start creating space around you for what truly feels like home - within and around you.

We have all (probably) read that we are entering (another) powerful year, but this one is the year of beginnings, Numerology Year One, the Chinese year of the Fire Horse.

This is the year of new beginnings, a clean slate. The courageous first step towards a new chapter.

BUT, don't get overwhelmed, we do not have to charge at this like a bull in a china shop. This needs to be a gentle planting of seeds, learning to go with the flow, trusting our instincts, claiming independence, becoming aligned with who we are becoming, not who we have been.

Allow ideas, dreams and following our intuition to unfold gently in front of you. You don't need to scrabble to write huge yearly, or five yearly plans. Allow every day, every week to flow, to progress, gently bentley.

Allow your heart to lead, let your intentions be clear and allow yourself to believe in the magic of starting again.

I truly wish that this year brings you emotional clarity, renewed courage and the confidence to create a life that feels authentic, nourishing and true.

Sound Therapy fascinates me sooo much, the more sessions I do with clients, the more possibilities are opening up to me to tune the body.

Son number one was teaching me harmonics this evening.....and he got a bit over excited 🤣.

Hello everybody Peeps :-). Apologies I have been a bit on the quiet side.

August is always a busy month for everybody, I always look to September for things to settle back into routine, not this year though!

Planetary disco dancing and Solar activity are really amping up the pressure on all of us to heal old rubbish we no longer need and to start integrating the new.

This trend has definitely shown up through my clients. Lots of releasing old emotions and conditioning to help us to become clear vessels for the new energy. Endings and beginnings.

I have also been busy learning a new tool. Human Design and Gene Keys.
Just wowzers, Astrology, the Quabbalah Tree of Life, DNA the 64 codons, I Ching, unique energy flow through the body and aura. It ties so much together and then some. I'm so excited by it. It is starting to have a huge impact, in a good way, to the other modalities that I do, another tool in my Holistic tool box to help people to heal. Sound Therapy, Holistic counselling, Reki and Astrology definitely gets a boost with all the new info.

Exciting times.

Sound Therapy. Every cell, organ, fluid and system in our body has frequency, all different, all diverse.

Every minute of the day we are living in different energy frequencies, from the food we eat to the enviroment we live and work in.

Phew! What a rollercoaster of energies we've had.

The New Moon in Ta**us on Sunday at 08.31pm, may bring us a bit of breathing space, a chance for calm waters before diving in again.

All New Moons are a time for new beginnings, planting seeds etc. This New Moon is in strong, stable, pleasure loving Ta**us.

This encourages us to look at personal goals we really want to commit to, become aware of what makes us comfortable, and perhaps where we have become lazy because of the comfort.

Re evaluate our relationship with possession's - where we could let go of stuff in order to create a void to enable us to move forward - and finances - are there areas we could rejig or let go, again, to clear any blocks in the energy flow of abundance.

Ta**us is very grounded and nature loving, go out and hug a tree :-).

Ta**us reminds us to stop and enjoy life, the simple pleasure, good food, good friends and good vibes.

In Medical Astrology, those with their Moon in Ta**us will LOVE good, luxurious food.

So, sit and contemplate what you really need to feel fulfilled and then seed important REALISTIC change in your life.

Our emotions can change as fast as minute on minute.

ENERGY IN MOTION = EMOTION.

Emotions are energy, depending on how we manage this emotional energy determines whether that energy goes inwards through our auric layers to our physical, potentially causing illness and dis-ease, or out into our mental layer allowing us to process them.

If we are able to mentally process these emotions, understand them, then we can let them flow out through our other outer layers of our aura and release them into the Universe.

However, if we get too snarled up in what we are emotionally feeling and our 3D ego starts low energy thoughts, bringing our vibration down, then, again, those emotional energies can travel back through to our physical body creating imbalance.

We are all human and cannot have the patience and resilience of a bloody saint, so it's important to keep your auric field clear and high vibrational.

Regular energy work......ENERGY IN MOTION....such as meditation, Yoga and Holistic Therapies like Reiki and Sound Therapy, will help clear and re-energise, helping you to keep fit and healthy, help with pain and stress, so you can be the best that you were meant to be.

Cal it Emotional Resilience, call it Psychological Flexibility, in fact, call it what you want, I call it bringing your power back to you.

During Holistic Counselling sessions, one of the techniques I help people with is being able to stay connected to the present, the here and now and being able to adapt to changing situations.

In English, this means being able to observe what is going on around you and choosing what energy you want to interact with, and what you just want to observe, smile and carry on with your own knitting.

We are all born with our own energy stamp, our blueprint, our unique personality. From the minute we are born, this energy is shaped and molded by life, by other people, by societal expectations and conditioning.

Some experiences are brilliant, they give us the tools to interact positively with the world around us, to move and grow into who we were meant to be.
