Hilda and myself have had a great time learning about Coffee, its production and the different ways its served. Its been a very interesting trip and I cant wait to see what coffee drinkers think of the flavor and way its served. Its a slower way of life.

As some of you are aware i am currently in Vietnam.
Every time I go away i spend time with local people learning about there coffee and there techniques. Bringing the drinks back to Willows.. this is why we are the only shop in town that sells Bubble Tea (Flavored not tapioca) and Matcha Drinks.

This time i will be bringing back Vietnamese Drip Coffee Techniques To Willows Coffee Shop.

It is a beautifully crafted strong Coffee with Sweetened Condensed Milk. They also do it with Coconut Milk.

It also makes a lovely sweeter iced coffee.
