Treatments Available at Well Being in the Sanctuary Sensory Room:

All Treatments (where appropriate) are performed on the Luxury, Extra Padded, Electric, Heated Treatment Couch and include (again where appropriate) Warmed Herbal/Aromatherapy Oils and creams, Hot Towels and Hot Stones and Therapeutic Music & Lighting.) Treatments available: MASSAGE THERAPY, REFLEXOLOGY, REIKI, Dry Needling (acupuncture), Relaxation/Meditation Mentoring, Sound Therapy, Lifestyle Advice, Listening Ear. Coming to Well Being is an experience in itself - score your diary off and be prepared to switch off from the outside world, and be deeply relaxed. Allow plenty of time for your appointment - so you can have a quick consultation with the therapist before your treatment and rest/recovery time at the end of your treatment.

* 1 HOUR TREATMENT = £55

* 90 MINUTE TREATMENT = £70

* 2 HOUR TREATMENTS = £85

(1/2 HOUR TREATMENTS = £40 - CAN BE AVAILABLE IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES -PLEASE ENQUIRE)



*Available for Groups/Events/Parties/Conferences (I have experience working with children and adult groups):
Talks, Relaxation/Meditation/Mindfulness, Stress Management, Taster Treatments etc... Please Enquire (£55/hr Midweek. Weekends, inc Fri Evenings £70/hr)

*Discounts are available for Carers, Charity Workers, Senior Citizens, Disabled, Low Income/Unemployed, Under 21's. Please enquire if you feel that you need this option.

* I also make and sell products such as Aromatherapy Epsom Bath Salts, Massage Oils, candles etc... beautiful Gift Bags can be made up for Presents, Party Bags, Wedding Favours etc... Please enquire.
