We're finally settling back into our normal routine after an amazing summer, but it's always so much harder to get back into those good routines than you think it will be!

These good routines are essential if you're managing ongoing pain and injury.
But like us, if your positive habits and activities have been interrupted, you might be feeling the negative effects. A summer of different routines and activities can mean the return of aches and pains you thought you had banished.

🎉 What an incredible end to summer! The Bear Grylls Gone Wild Festival was absolutely brilliant!

Aimee had the wonderful opportunity to teach yoga sessions in the 'Bear Chills' area throughout the weekend, while children and adults alike took on challenges from abseiling and axe throwing to bushcraft, laser tag and obstacle courses.And yes... Rhodri was crowned Tomahawk Champion! 🪓👑

It was genuinely inspiring to watch people of all ages discover what they're capable of - such a joy to be part of an event that encourages everyone to push their boundaries in a safe, supportive environment.We'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique family adventure next year!

We're back from an amazing two weeks in Pembrokeshire! Incredibly, we only had one morning of rain - Wales really spoiled us this time.

Already missing the campsite and that stunning coastline, but we're back and ready for action. Quick heads up though - we're only here for 10 days before we're away again (August 20-28th) for Gone Wild Festival and the boys' birthdays.
