It’s very important to understand why timing of the therapy is important. Play therapist to accept a referral she/he needs to be sure that the child is able to benefit from therapy at this time.

Let's talk about Child's Way Logo. As I was working on my logo, I really wanted to reflect how play can help children make sense of their world. I wanted to use a metaphor that could be understood by anyone. Can you see the knotted string ball? This knotted string is nearly impossible to detangle without the help of play. Play allows children to stay at a safe distance while they explore their complex, tangled feelings. What do you think about my logo? Did you like it?
