Hi All, I am teaching Reiki Level 2 tomorrow and my students and I will be sending out distant healing to anyone who needs some. Please let me know if you would like anyone, yourself and any pets included. Please make sure you have the permission of the person you are asking for, first. Healing will be sent between 4 and 6pm tomorrow.

I was invited to speak as a business mentor to a group of reflexologists today. What a wonderful day! Thank you Alex from Temple Academy for inviting me along. It was fantastic. I loved every moment. The laughter yoga, Qigong and sound bath were all wonderful too!

What a journey it has been! The below photo popped up on my personal feed reminding me of this day in 2020. This was the first lesson I attended for my reflexology course. I am so grateful for the work I do. I have lots of wonderful private reflexology clients, plus a weekly corporate reflexology client and I am doing weekly work for the NHS too. Thank you Universe🙏

I had some more beautiful Reflexology clients today.

The First Lady is a regular. She originally wanted reflexology to help with pain management from a broken arm. It worked a treat, helped her arm and also her shoulders from where she was over compensating. Her sleep improved and she felt much more in balance. During today’s treatment I worked on her shoulder again and she said she felt it drop and release. Fantastic!

My second client had a session last year to help with her arthritis, she was amazed by the results and came back today to see if the session was as good as the first one. At the end she said it was the most beautiful reflexology treatment she has ever had, and she cried. So beautiful!

I am so grateful for these beautiful people that the universe sends to me. 🙏❤️💕

There are some who don't believe,
It doesn't matter what they say.
My convictions are my own and from them I will never stray.
I won't ask someone to change their thoughts for their thoughts are theirs alone.
I won't tell them they are wrong to think, their thoughts are what is known
I will not play judge or victor, for their words are theirs to mind.
God gave us choice and reason and told us to be kind.
So I believe in what I know and that everyone is free
To hold their beliefs in earnest, to let their soul merely be.
I will not force my beliefs on others, I respect their faith and creed.
For freedom is our greatest gift and love is all we need.
In this world of conflict we need to keep our Faith,
to help bring people together, no matter creed or race.
Be true to what you know, what you feel in your heart.
Don't give up, change or alter it to help you play your part.
We all have lives to live and live them as we do,
It matters not what I believe as long as I believe in me and I believe in you.
