✨ Slowing Down, Healing, and Reclaiming My Path ✨

Whats been happening in Rae's world, whilst my page has been a little quieter?

Lots of Readings & healing sessions with clients 🥰.

But also, Lately, I’ve been learning that taking care of my mental health isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about slowing down.

It's About breathing deeper, listening closer, and allowing Spirit to guide me through the healing process. 🌿

I’ve realized that healing isn’t a race, it’s a sacred unfolding.
The more I surrender, the more I grow. The more I trust, the more I see the light shining on the path ahead. ✨️
Sometimes we all need a social media break.

That light has led me back to college, where I’m taking my GCSEs again at the grand old age of 36! 😱 not just to learn new things, but to open new doors for the future.
Doors I once thought were closed are slowly opening again, and I’m so grateful for the courage to walk through them.

Here’s to new beginnings, healing at my own pace, and co-creating my journey with Spirit. 💫

Hello October 🍂🎃

October is my favourite month a liminal time when the world feels thinner, quieter, and yet more alive in its mystery.
The leaves falling are not just endings but reminders that all cycles hold wisdom: letting go makes room for renewal & that their is so much beauty in change 🍂

Halloween, in its deeper roots, is a festival of the veil. 🎃
It honors the spaces between seen and unseen, life and death, light and shadow.

It reminds us that our ancestors & loved ones are not gone, only walking in realms we glimpse through intuition, memory, and ritual.

Spiritually, October invites reflection:

Harvest: gathering what we’ve sown this year, both in the material and the soul.

Shadow: meeting the parts of ourselves we often hide, with courage rather than fear.

Ancestry: remembering the line of lives that brought us here, lighting candles not just to mourn, but to thank.

The chill in the air, the darkening days, warm jumpers, cosy blankets and the glow of pumpkins are all symbols of this truth: even as things pass, spirit continues, cycling, returning, whispering through the wind and the firelight. 🧡
