Why the Weight Comes back.
When people regain weight, they often blame themselves.

They think they’ve slipped.
Lost focus.
Let things go.

But that’s not what’s happening.
What’s happening is far quieter than that.

The pattern has come back.
Not loudly... Not dramatically.

Just enough...
Enough to bring back the thoughts... The urges...
The small decisions that slowly shift things.

And because it happens gradually, it’s easy to miss.

When appetite starts to come back, people panic.
Because it feels like everything might undo.

But appetite isn’t the problem.
It’s what sits underneath it.

If the patterns around food haven’t changed, then yes…
it can feel like things are slipping...

But if the patterns have changed...
Appetite just becomes neutral again.

That’s the difference!

This isn’t about stopping hunger...

They think they’ve slipped... Lost focus... Let things go.
But that’s not what’s happening.
What’s happening is far quieter than that.

The pattern has come back.
Not loudly... Not dramatically... Just enough.

Enough to bring back the thoughts... The urges...
