The upcoming New Moon is the last in the year of the snake. Go into it with intentions to finish up the old and welcome in the new.

Its also the last before Imbolc, so we invite the energy of Brigid to our circle at The Medicine wheel.

See you there

As part of January's wellness evening at The Dolphin Newport Pagnell , I'll be offering this talk. It's completely free and designed to give you the tools and confidence to go forward in the new year with healthy, achievable intentions, rather than unobtainable resolutions. We will talk a little bit about grounding and coping too.
A great experience to start your year off on the right path. Hope to see you there.

Community Call for Support – Milton Keynes Buddhist Temple

The Nipponzan Myohoji Buddhist Temple in Milton Keynes is in need of support this winter.

This beautiful space has quietly supported the local community for years, offering open meditation sessions, peace walks, chanting ceremonies, interfaith gatherings, and community open days. It is a place of calm, welcome, and reflection for anyone who walks through its doors. No membership. No fees. Just generosity.

The temple runs entirely on donations, and with rising costs, they are struggling, especially with heating. The building is currently extremely cold, making it difficult to hold events and welcome people safely through the winter.

If you are in a position to be able to help, here is what they need at the moment..

• Financial donations to help with heating solutions and running costs
• Donations of safe, reliable heaters (portable, PAT-testable if possible)
Every contribution, big or small, genuinely helps keep this community space alive.

Donation details:
Nipponzan Myohoji
Lloyds Bank

If you’ve ever attended an event there, found a moment of peace within those walls, or simply believe in keeping community spaces warm and accessible, this is a powerful way to help.
