We are back next Friday 31st October for our immersive and deeply relaxing Sound Bath experience in our beautiful Woolstone Community Centre/Holy Trinity Church, just near to Central Milton Keynes.

The sessions are a perfect way to end your month, letting you some take some time out for you, to Rest, Relax and Re-balance as you are bathed in the sound and vibrations of our powerful Shamanic drums, Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and powerful triple gong set.

We have three sessions for you to choose from:

Lunch time: 12.15 - 1.15 pm

and

Evening: 6.00 - 7.00 pm and 7.30 - 8.30 pm

Ticket price: £20 per person (non refundable)

On the night:

Yoga Mats to lay on will be provided, please feel free to bring your own for extra comfort.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can lay in.

Bring pillows / cushions for support.

Bring a blanket and water to drink afterwards.
