✨ Celebrating an Incredible Achievement ✨

Rachel has achieved something truly remarkable. By knocking more than 30 seconds off her 5k personal best and setting a new Fit Box record time of 19:51, she has shown what’s possible with determination, patience and the right approach to training.

Her journey has been anything but easy. After a serious back injury kept her from running for over a year, Rachel committed to a structured programme of rehabilitation exercises, gradually rebuilding her strength and resilience. She never solely focused on running – instead, her PT sessions were built around short, sharp sprints, varied speed work and strength training, alongside preparation for challenges such as the Deadly Dozen. This balanced approach developed her power, stamina and confidence, all of which came together in this outstanding 5k result.

But Rachel didn’t stop there. Since setting that record, she has gone on to beat it yet again – this time while on holiday, in the Spanish heat – with another staggering improvement of almost 30 seconds, running an incredible 19:26. To break a record is one thing, but to break your own record twice in such quick succession and by such a margin is simply mind-blowing.

This achievement is proof that progress doesn’t always require endless miles of running. By training smarter, not just harder, Rachel has reached a milestone that inspires us all.

At Fit Box, we value every victory – whether it’s losing body fat, completing a distance you once thought impossible, or lifting a personal best weight. Rachel’s success is a powerful reminder of what can be accomplished with belief in the process, commitment to consistent effort, and most importantly, belief in yourself and your ability to achieve more than you ever thought possible.

With a 10 year career as a Royal Marine and over 17 years of personal training experience, Andy is a renowned and formidable force in fitness across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. With his straight-talking, no-nonsense approach to training and nutrition, Andy always ensures his clients train to their full potential and often surpass their own goals and expectations.

Delivering innovative and targeted training to a broad spectrum of clients with different fitness needs, and with particular expertise and success in post-partum fitness and fat loss transformations, Andy will make you the best version of yourself that you can be.
