Huge congratulations to Kelly & Emily on absolutely blitzing Glasgow HYROX 💪

Emily’s first ever HYROX… and what a way to start 😮‍🔥👉 1:22 finish time — unreal effort!

Kelly’s second HYROX and the goal was simple — beat last year…Of course she did 👊 PB secured ✅

Both girls have put in serious work behind the scenes — sessions built around the key movements, race-specific prep, and a couple of sims thrown in for good measure.

We had a plan… and they executed it perfectly.Fail to plan, plan to fail 😉

Wow… what an incredible, electric day at the Fit Box Deadly Strong event 💥
A massive thank you to every single one of you who stepped onto the floor and gave it absolutely everything.

To have a SOLD OUT event with over 60 athletes competing was unreal — but what really stood out wasn’t just the performances… it was the heart, determination, and support you showed one another.
That energy, that community, that grit — this is exactly what the Fit Box & Deadly Dozen family represents.

The standard was ridiculously high and there were some seriously fast, world-class times set. You all came to compete — and you delivered 👊

🥈 DOUBLES – RUNNERS UP

The female doubles battle was INSANE — separated by just 6 seconds. A nail-biting, all-out sprint to the finish that had everyone watching 🔥👏 What a way to end the day.

A massive shout-out to Alison, Zoe, Rachel, Kelly, Emily, Leanne and Richard, who were there from start to finish making sure the event ran smoothly — absolute legends 🙌
