Why choose a home based beauty room for your treatments? 💆🏻‍♀️

Although going to a salon is also a treat and relaxing, here are just some of the advantages of going to a home based therapist:

- Easy parking
- Won't bump into anyone
- No waiting room; the zen room is all yours!
- More relaxing; typically more quiet and no busy atmosphere like a salon may have.
- No rushing; Being in charge of my own timings, I can allocate full treatment times without having clients squeezed in one after another.
- One on one time.

Some people may feel anxious especially if it's their first time, so being home based creates that personal one to one experience without a waiting area with other people sitting. No one likes that awkward silence!

Being greeted by me from the moment you arrive and until you leave, so no waiting around to meet your therapist, an instant relationship is created.

What are your Sundays for?

Sundays for us are a proper family and relaxing day🧑‍🧑‍🧒

I took my husband with me this evening to a sound bath meditation session. I have done one before and loved it, it is right up my street and so asked my husband if he wanted to join me and surprisingly he really enjoyed it!🧘🏻‍♀️🎶

Great way to end the week and ready to start fresh tomorrow💤

A touch of autumn in The Zen Room 🍂🍁🎃

Aromatherapy massage last night💆🏻‍♀️

My client wanted to feel relaxed, so blended oils of bergamot and rosemary to help relax the body and mind, whilst working into problem areas🍊🌿

Finishing off with the Warming Salve which works like a natural deep heat containing rosemary and ginger to soothe those problem areas and to keep muscles relaxed 🫚
