Supporting Both Mental AND Physical Health in the Workplace

After delivering a Mental Health Awareness session for the teams from Essendon Accounts & Tax and Bubble Creative Solutions Ltd last week, it was great to be able to go back yesterday to run a session on Basic Life Support.

We love working with companies that are committed to supporting the mental and physical health of staff, customers, and stakeholders - especially when everyone throws themselves into the activities and you can have so much fun!

Thanks to everyone who has attended over the two sessions and made us feel so welcome.

Spent a great morning on Friday at Rothamsted Conference Centre delivering Basic Life Support training to the team from Blu Building Consultants.

It's always nice to teach a group that are genuinely interested in the topic. Thanks to all the learners for throwing themselves into the practical tasks!
