Requirements
Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
Full valid UK driving licence with own transport preferred
Transport provided
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and maintain training
Good demonstration of flexibility required as will be required to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
Assist with aspects of personal care, meal preparation, prescription collection and general support to service users in their own homes.
Medication administration may be required only if an approved medication training has been undertaken and certified.
To monitor service users’ care requirements, health, wellbeing and communicate any concerns to the care manager, family and involve other healthcare professionals when needed.
To accurately document all care given in the service user care plan clearly and legibly.

Please note all positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Rates of pay start from £8.80 depending on experience.
