I’m so excited to be offering my very first day experience for women, designed to help you relax, recharge, and feel your best 💕 This wellness day brings together a beautiful mix of calming and restorative therapies designed to help you reset, reconnect, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned - like your whole energy has been gently reawakened 💞

Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy;
❤️ A cacao ceremony
🧘🏼‍♀️ Gentle group meditations and intention settings
🌺 Time to make your own personalised aromatherapy aura spray to take home with you using essential oils of your choice
💆🏼‍♀️ A group Reiki session with hands on healing
🗣️ Women’s circle
🫶🏼 Group womb healing session
🔔 Sound Bath
✨ We will also be using specially selected crystals and aromatherapy blends to enhance each session

It’s a chance to slow down, switch off from the outside world, and take some well deserved time just for you. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rebalanced — like you’ve had a little energy reset in the most peaceful of ways 🩷

I’ve had quite a few messages this week asking when the next group Sound Bath is, if people can pre book spaces, and, if spaces can be purchased for my next event to gift to someone for Christmas - in a nutshell, yes!

Resharing one of my favourite poems from the lovely Donna Ashworth - I touched on the concept of ‘Wintering’ during my guided meditation at my Sound Bath at the weekend. This time of year everything slows down, rests, recharges…and so should we!

Wintering is not laziness or a luxury, it’s a necessity. Make time to pause, slow down a bit, take time out to rest - it’s so, so important and hugely beneficial. Remember you need to ‘Winter’ too sometimes and not run at 100 miles an hour 💕

What a beautiful morning spent hosting my final group Sound Bath of the year, and what a gorgeous way to close the circle of the last 12 months 💕

I began these group sessions last November, and it felt special to mark the year today with calm, connection, and gentle energy in a room full of lovely souls 🩷

Each of them took a moment for themselves today, to pause, rest and recharge, and I hope the little crystal tumble stones I selected for everyone as a token of my appreciation for supporting my sound therapy sessions will allow them all to bring a bit of that peace home with them 💕

Thank you to each and every person who has joined me for these sessions over the past year - your presence is what makes them what they are! I absolutely LOVE playing for you all, holding space for you, and helping you to find some peace and quiet in this busy little world that we live in 🩷

I love my job…it’s such a honour to host these events! Can’t wait for next year to continue supporting people and introducing others to my style of sound therapy, love and light, Leanne 💕

Who can guess from the picture clues what aromatherapy essential oils I’ve selected to use in tomorrow’s group Sound Bath? 🤔

I’ve been an Aromatherapist for over 23 years, and I love using my knowledge and experience of aromatherapy to add another layer of holistic therapy into my group events - I blend some oils to use before the session begins to help everyone to start to relax and unwind, and another blend after the Sound Bath has finished to help revitalise and wake everyone up 💕

Aromatherapy is such a beautiful way of supporting you emotionally, mentally and physically, and it’s all natural and supplied by Mother Nature 🌿 It’s so lovely to be able to incorporate into my Sound Baths for my participants to enjoy 💕

Aww - and everyone should have this special lady in their life! ❤️
