As much as I love Christmas, the break from routine always throws me a little.
Late nights, different days, no structure… and suddenly my body and mind are like “what is happening?”
Coming back to work this week feels like a big exhale.
Back to calm treatments, familiar faces, and a routine that supports my nervous system instead of overwhelming it.
Routine isn’t boring — it’s grounding.
It’s knowing when you’ll rest, when you’ll move, and when you’ll pour back into yourself.
