We’re so grateful for the reflections shared by trainees from our 2025 Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga Teacher Training.

One of the most meaningful things to hear was how deeply the training impacted them - not only in their understanding of stress, rest and the nervous system, but in the confidence they now feel to bring this into their teaching.

The embodied nature of the training is especially important. This course is not only about learning through discussion and theory, but through direct experience - giving trainees the opportunity to feel the practice in their own bodies, and to teach from that place of understanding.

The ripple effect of that is profound: when teachers experience the power of deep rest themselves, they carry that understanding into every space they hold for others.
