This Friday we’re hosting a Community Yoga Class for anyone who identifies as LGBTQ+ — and friends are very welcome too. A space to move, breathe and feel at home in your body.

No previous yoga experience is needed. This class focuses on the fundamentals of yoga, while exploring poses and sequences in a way that gently builds strength, confidence and understanding.

✨ After class, there will be the option to head out for dinner together as a community — a relaxed chance to connect, chat and enjoy some festive food.✨

Myths have a sneaky way of holding people back from taking the next step in their yoga journey. We hear them all the time — quiet doubts, old assumptions, or stories people have picked up along the way. And yet, the truth is usually far gentler than they expect.�

A yoga teacher training isn’t about being a certain type of person. It’s about exploring, learning, unlearning, and meeting yourself in a deeper, steadier way. It’s a space where people from all backgrounds, bodies, ages and experiences come together — each arriving with their own strengths, questions and curiosities.�
