We dedicate time for our pshycial and mental health, often without thinking of our soul our heart our inner self. Today I ask you to start taking time for your heart, it doesnt judge, hold grudges, bargain or justify, it quitely waits to be heard, nutured, loved, its not demanding, ego seeking, loud or questioning.
It simply is, so spending some time in your heart place, the stillness the beautiful place in the centre of your body, learning to listen and feel your hearts gentle and subtle ways of communication.
Start with a couple of minutes, it can help to place your hand on your heart, say hello, thank it for being there, for the work it does un-noticed, the loyalty it has for you. Appreciate your heart and slowly and gently learn to lead feom your heart.
