Solemate Reflexology by Anna

Solemate Reflexology by Anna I'm Anna and I am originally from Varna, in Bulgaria. I came to this country in 2012 to be close to my son, who was studying here.

I love that reflexology transcends its physical benefits, offering a pathway to deeper emotional healing, spiritual growth, and a more profound sense of connection to oneself and the universe. It was always my dream to do a job that I love, that would align with my sense of spirituality and the universe. Finally in 2022 I had the chance to do my studies for my Advanced Reflexology professional qualifications, with The Three Shires School of Reflexology.

✨ The Amazing Benefits of Foot Reflexology for Hormone Balance ✨🌿

Did you know your feet can play a powerful role in your hormonal health? 👣
Foot reflexology works by stimulating specific pressure points on the feet that connect to the body’s organs and glands — including those that regulate your hormones.

Here’s how reflexology can help bring your body and mind back into balance:

💆‍♀️ 1. Reduces Stress Hormones
By calming the nervous system, reflexology helps lower cortisol and adrenaline levels. Less stress = more balance and inner peace. 🌸

🦋 2. Supports Thyroid Function
Stimulating thyroid reflex points can help improve metabolism, energy levels, and mood stability.

💖 3. Balances Reproductive Hormones
Reflexology encourages healthy circulation to the reproductive organs, helping ease PMS, menstrual discomfort, and menopausal symptoms.

😴 4. Improves Sleep Quality
Working on the pineal gland reflex helps regulate melatonin — the hormone that supports deep, restful sleep.

😊 5. Boosts Mood & Emotional Well-being
Reflexology promotes the release of “feel-good” hormones like serotonin and endorphins, lifting your mood and calming your mind.

⚖️ 6. Restores Whole-Body Harmony
The endocrine (hormone) system works as one connected network. Reflexology helps support this harmony, encouraging your body to find its natural rhythm again.

✨ A few minutes of focused foot reflexology can make a big difference — for your hormones, your mind, and your overall well-being.

Take time to pause, breathe, and let your body rebalance itself — one step at a time. 💫👣

💚Ever heard of your “second brain”?
It’s your gut — and it’s constantly talking to your brain through a powerful pathway called the vagus nerve.

This wandering nerve connects your brainstem to your heart, lungs, and intestines, sending signals that influence everything from digestion to mood and stress levels.
When your vagus nerve is calm and strong, your whole system flows in harmony — mind, body, and gut.💚

👣✨ Why Reflexology Feels So Good — Especially for Your Emotions 💚
Each gentle touch helps calm your nervous system, easing stress and inviting deep relaxation.
And here’s the magic — it boosts your body’s own happy hormones:
💖 Endorphins – your natural stress relievers that bring feelings of calm and bliss.
🌤️ Serotonin – your mood-balancing friend that helps you feel peaceful and steady inside.
Together, they create that “ahhh” feeling after a session — relaxed body, quiet mind, and an open heart 🕊️

🥦 Food Digestion Guide: What to Eat and When! 🍎

⏱ Digestion times vary depending on the type of food. Here’s a quick guide:

✨ Very Fast (30–60 min): Water, juice, smoothies
🍌 Fast (1–2 hrs): Fruits (melon, grapes, oranges), white bread, white rice
🥗 Medium (2–3 hrs): Vegetables, fish, chicken, oats
🌰 Slow (3–4 hrs): Beans, lentils, whole grains, nuts, eggs, avocado
🍖 Very Slow (4–8+ hrs): Red meat, cheese, fried foods, pizza, heavy meals

💡 Daytime Tip:
• Eat light and fast-digesting foods in the morning or early afternoon (fruits, smoothies, yogurt, oats) — they give quick energy without feeling heavy.
• Medium-digesting foods like vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains are great for lunch to keep you energized.
• Very slow foods (heavy meats, fried foods) are best avoided late in the day to prevent sluggishness and poor sleep.

🥄 Quick Tip: Match your meals to your energy needs — light in the morning, balanced at lunch, lighter at night.

💎🩵💧 Why Exercise Helps Water Reach Your Cells:
1. Movement boosts circulation
Exercise increases blood flow, helping deliver water to your cells — not just your stomach or bladder.
2. Muscle contractions push water into cells
When you move, muscles act like pumps, helping fluids enter cells where real hydration happens.
3. Electrolyte balance matters
Exercise helps regulate electrolytes (like sodium & potassium), which pull water into your cells.
4. No movement = poor absorption
Without movement, your body may pass water without fully using it — leading to tiredness, dry skin, or bloating.
✅ Tip: Add a pinch of Celtic or Himalayan salt to your water and move your body daily — even just walking or stretching helps.

I’m Anna—a reflexologist, a nature lover, and a soul deeply connected to the rhythm of life.

Born in Bulgaria and now rooted in the picturesque village of Woburn, England, I live surrounded by rolling parkland, ancient trees, and wild deer that wander freely through the landscape. This place breathes calm—and so do I.

I’m someone who finds joy in barefoot walks, sea breezes, and deeper conversations. I believe healing begins when we reconnect with ourselves—and I’m here to guide that process with care, intuition, and grounded expertise.

I grew up in Bulgaria, where traditions of healing, touch, and herbal wisdom were part of everyday life.
Now, in the quiet beauty of Woburn, I bring that heritage to my work as a reflexologist—blending cultural intuition with modern techniques.
Each person I work with brings a new story, a new energy.
Reflexology allows me to meet them not just with hands, but with heart.

If you’re ready to slow down, let go, and come back to yourself—I’m here.
And don’t forget to LOVE your feet 🦶💚
Healing starts with Love ❤️
