Breathe.
Not the shallow, rushed breaths we take between tasks. Not the tight, chest-only breaths that come with stress. I mean slow, deep, steady breathing.
The kind that fills your lungs completely. The kind that gently expands your ribs, your belly, your whole torso.
When we only use the top part of our lungs, our body stays in alert mode. Shoulders creep up. Jaw tightens. Thoughts race. But when we breathe deeply, fully, intentionally, we send a message to our nervous system that says: you are safe.
Try this: Inhale slowly through your nose for 4. Let your lungs fill right to the bottom. Hold for 4. Exhale gently for 6. Repeat a few times.
It sounds simple, but it’s powerful. Deep breathing increases oxygen flow, lowers stress hormones, slows your heart rate, and helps clear that foggy, overwhelmed feeling. It creates space where there felt like none.
You don’t need an hour. You don’t need silence. You just need a few steady breaths.

You can always reset.
Not just on Mondays, not just on the first of the month, not just when the clock strikes midnight on a brand-new year… but anytime.
You can pause. You can choose differently. You can begin again, quietly and without permission.
Change doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic. Sometimes, it looks like setting a boundary. Sometimes it’s resting. Sometimes it’s taking one small step in a new direction.
Nothing is fixed. You are allowed to grow, to shift, to outgrow, to start over as many times as you need.

Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and one very ready-to-meet-their-baby mama 💙
This beautiful client came to me just before her due date, with an induction already booked in. She wanted to see if her body would choose its own timing first. To gently encourage things to get going naturally, in a calm and supported way.
Those final days can feel long. You’re heavy, tired, excited, impatient, hopeful… all at once. Reflexology at this stage isn’t about forcing anything. It’s about creating the right conditions. Helping the nervous system soften. Easing tension. Giving the body space to remember what it already knows how to do. 🌿
And the beautiful part? Her waters broke the very next day. She went into labour naturally and didn’t need the induction after all. Absolutely perfect timing for her and her baby.

Welcome to my page my name is Linzi and I started using crystals, Reiki and meditation about 7 years ago. I had an injury in 2012 and after surgery on my knee I was left with a chronic pain condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome CRPS. I was advised to use all sorts of medications and of course these came with side affects so I decided to use holistic methods to help me manage my pain and also cut down on medication over time. I have benefited from these therapies and I became very passionate about them I decided I wanted to help others. I have completed training courses and workshops over the years and qualified as a Reflexologist, Reiki Master and more recently as a Sound Healer. I am a passionate healer with an alternative approach, and I'm dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
I work out of a beautiful and relaxing therapy room called The Hut which is located on Bradwell Common which I own.
Reflexology is a gentle and non invasive and relaxing holistic therapy and is based on the theory that reflexes on the feet mirror the body. When pressure is applied to these reflex points during the treatment, the theory is that this has an effect on the corresponding area to bring about balance in the organs and systems of the body and encourage healing from within. I believe that by working these points or areas aids relaxation and helps to improve well-being.
