---A detoxing & de-stressing treatment for your mind & body---

Melt away your stresses and ease tension from overworked muscles with a detoxifying Aromatherapy Deep Tissue Massage. (pressure is adapted to suit your needs & wishes). The detox essential oil blend will include Patchouli, Juniper Berry and Orange Sweet to aid release of congestion and toxins. Prior to the massage, you will benefit from dry brushing to your back to increase blood & lymph circulation as well as exfoliate the skin.

Following your massage, a pure and natural clay mask mask full of rejuvenating minerals will be applied to the your back. This will soothe and hydrate your skin and aid relaxation.

Whilst the mask is restoring your back, you can enjoy a de-stressing Scalp Massage treatment followed by a therapeutic massage to the backs of legs.

Catherine is a local artist who has a passion for flowers, foliage and grasses. She also visits Portugal regularly and uses inspiration from here and abroad for her botanical art.

Each piece is individually hand pressed with love to create unique artworks of Mother Nature’s Art. Her process involves carefully drying and pressing flowers and grasses to preserve their delicate beauty, then arranging them to create visually appealing compositions. The final piece is framed to enhance its presentation and protect the pressed elements. This technique blends nature with artistic expression, resulting in elegant, timeless designs that celebrate the intricate details of flora.

Some of Catherine's artwork hangs in the reception area of YCT - Yvonne Clifford Therapies (as well as in a Gallery in Buckingham and Portugal). Please enjoy Catherine's art whenever you visit for a treatment and take some time to appreciate her fine work.
