By far, the very best part of my job is bringing people together so that they support each other on the most amazing journey of their lives! All of my groups are small so that you have lots of opportunity to talk to others and make amazing new friends. The size of the class makes it so much easier to connect with others - we take the time in every session to talk to each other and share our experiences. In terms of the different classes that I offer - these are as follows:-

PregnancyLove - A classes based upon the principles of yoga but also including time for informative discussions about pregnancy/birth/baby issues. This session concludes with a lovely 15minute relaxation and is suitable from 14+wks. Baby Massage - Suitable from birth (baby led and 90mins long). Baby Yoga - Suitable from 9+wks, an exercise class for your baby with lots of sensory elements and laughter guaranteed (again, baby led). Stretching & Relaxation Class - a 1hr class focussing on time for you. The gentle stretching helps to release the stress of your day and we conclude with a 15 minute relaxation.
