🌳Being outside in Nature and keeping fit and active is so important for both our physical and mental health, especially during these darker months.

The MK Health Walks offer a fabulous opportunity to get outside and meet others, whilst enjoying the amazing green spaces that Milton Keynes has to offer!

All walks are led by volunteers and the programme offers free daily walks across the city.

We were genuinely humbled by the vital work they do every single day to support individuals and families across our community. We left inspired and full of ideas about how Intrust Care can continue to help and champion their efforts.
