Fun-Friendly-Fitness in Milton Keynes & Newport Pagnell. Online classes also available : www.zumbamad.com Beginners always welcome.

Fun-Friendly-Fitness classes provided by an experienced, qualified and licenced instructor. Classes include ZUMBA, toning, gold/gold toning (low impact). Classes held in the community and local gyms - ALL have free parking. Focussed on adults, children aged 10-15 years can participate alongside an adult in community ZUMBA classes. Ages 16+ only in toning classes and gyms. Classes run 45-60 minutes to warm you up, increase your heart rate and get you burning those calories/toning those muscles - then we slow back down and stretch out. Increase fitness levels and flexibility. Release those feel good hormones.

After participating in a trial session over the Christmas break, I decided to complete the newly released Zumba+ Lift course. Even though it's a different format to my existing classes, I can still incorporate some elements from Zumba+ Lift into both my Zumba Toning and ZUMBA classes.
Great to see some different moves and sequences, that I will be using for sure, although in more bite sized chunks as part of a bigger routine.

Zumba Toning on Monday 27th October, will instead be Yoga with the lovely Fiona.
(Apologies, I'm under the weather, but leaving you in very good hands 🧘‍♀️).
Please bring a floor mat if you have one. Zumba toning sticks won't be required.

Feeling blue.....
...just 1 coat of paint over the mist coat (another 1 or 2 to go) and loving it already 😃.

I think crazy Zumba clothes taught me not to be shy of colour or to mix it up 🤣.

With the orange kitchen walls and pale blue walls in the dining section (yet to be done), looking out into the green garden, I think this darker blue wall at the back is gonna work 🤘....

More cocktail practice and some family gaming 😃. Turns out my cocktail making is more successful than my gaming endeavors, but thankfully I always enjoy playing games even if I don't win 🤣 (however I am reconsidering my tactics and have challenged the family to yet another game 🤗 - and they accepted the challenge...game on!).

A few spaces left at Zumba Toning on Mondays at NP youth club Mondays 6.30pm. No need to book, just turn up, toning sticks available in class.
More spaces available at ZUMBA in Lovat Hall, Silver Street, Newport Pagnell, Wednesdays 6.45pm, as the hall is huge! The stage is out of action for a few weeks, so I'm loving it down on the floor with everyone for a few weeks 😁.
