Noom mindset coach : www.noom.com/coach/noomwithmaddi Fun-Friendly-Fitness classes provided by an experienced, qualified and licenced instructor. Classes include ZUMBA, toning, gold/gold toning (low impact). Classes held in the community and local gyms - ALL have free parking. Focussed on adults, children aged 10-15 years can participate alongside an adult in community ZUMBA classes. Ages 16+ only in toning classes and gyms. Classes run 45-60 minutes to warm you up, increase your heart rate and get you burning those calories/toning those muscles - then we slow back down and stretch out. Increase fitness levels and flexibility. Release those feel good hormones.

ZUMBA at Lovat Hall will still be running on Wednesday 29th 🤩 - 6.45pm.
Tony will take the class, if I've still got the lurgy 🤧.

Zumba Toning on Monday 27th October, will instead be Yoga with the lovely Fiona.
(Apologies, I'm under the weather, but leaving you in very good hands 🧘‍♀️).
Please bring a floor mat if you have one. Zumba toning sticks won't be required.

Reminder - No Zumba this evening (13th Aug), due to annual event at Lovat Hall.

I think crazy Zumba clothes taught me not to be shy of colour or to mix it up 🤣.

With the orange kitchen walls and pale blue walls in the dining section (yet to be done), looking out into the green garden, I think this darker blue wall at the back is gonna work 🤘....
