🧐The aim?

🤷🏻‍♂️To live live to the fullest whilst being happy.

Thats why I always say follow the 80/20 rule 🔥

❓QUESTION - what percentage is your current diet?

80% of your food is whole, single ingredient REAL food. And the other 20% can be other stuff.

80% 😇 and 20% 😈

And this doesn’t only apply to food.

🙌🏼 The healthier you are the more you can play with these numbers for a short period of time

BUT ‼️

⛔️ If you are already chronically sick or unhealthy, or maybe your blood work and functional tests think you are 20-30 years old than you are, than I’m sorry to say it you need 100%.

You have no room for 80\20…..yet.

But keep working at it and you will do 👌🏼

⚠️🚨 HEALTH ISN’T WHAT YOU THINK IT IS…

🥐 Extremely overweight
😞 Unhappy & exhausted
🫣 Confidence on the floor
💪 Strong as heck in the gym
👕 Same baggy clothes every day to hide my body
🧴 Skin was awful
🪦 Honestly… there was no way I was making it past 65

🍽️ Constantly starving
📉 Eating < 800 calories a day
🚫 Zero fun, zero joy, zero social life
💔 Low s*x drive
🛁 Couldn’t even have a bath because my spine was sticking out
🥴 Weak as heck
🧪 Bloods & hormones looked like a 70-year-old
😡 Grumpy with everyone
🪞Still hated my body
🍽️ WORSE relationship with food than before
🔥 Metabolism absolutely destroyed

Here’s the truth 👇

Health is NOT:
❌ Just being strong in the gym
❌ Just weighing less on the scales
❌ Just fitting into smaller clothes
❌ Just eating as little as possible

Real health is energy, mood, hormones, sleep, s*x drive, digestion, mental health, love, family, friends, and a body you actually feel at home in which gets you through life.

Yes good old fashioned exercise or training 👌🏼

NOT fancy medications.

There are many reasons your blood sugars could be elevated. One of the primary reasons is your body is doing its job! 🤦🏻‍♂️

But constant elevation isn’t good.

Factors such as electrolyte imbalances, hydration, stress, infections, anxiety, injury, immune response, over consumption of certain foods, menstruation, thyroid issues…….and the list goes on.

𝟮𝟲 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗬𝗠 — 𝟭𝟬 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗜’𝗩𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗧
What have I missed out?

1. Consistency is key
Show up on the days you don’t want to — holidays, birthdays, special occasions. It doesn’t need to be crazy; just do something.

2. The big Guy
The biggest guy isn’t always the strongest or the most knowledgeable. But they’re usually the friendliest, happiest to help, and the most consistent in the gym.

3. Don’t judge others
Don’t assume someone’s doing a lift or technique wrong or weird — you don’t know their goal.

4. Quality over Quantity
You don’t need 5–7 days a week, 2-hour sessions to make gains. Structure and a clear plan matter more.

5. Recovery makes progress
Recovery is equally as important as training. Sleep, nutrition, and rest are vital — progress is made during recovery, not in the gym.

6. Fuel matters
You can’t perform optimally with no fuel. If you WANT to train fasted, go for it — but if it’s because an “expert” told you it burns more fat, they are clueless.

7. Everyone starts at zero
Everyone started on day one. Zero experience, the same nerves you have — so embrace the journey and keep pushing forward.

8. Beyond aesthetics
Muscles are your longevity organs. More strength and lean mass equal better mental health, confidence, discipline, higher energy — and you’ll recover from sickness and injury more easily.

9. Smart beats ego
Lifting to failure or only heavy is the quickest way to injury and burnout. Leave 1–3 reps in reserve, cycle intensity, and build quality volume. Lift heavy when needed.

10. The best exercise…
The best exercise for chest, arms, shoulders, glutes, etc., is the one you haven’t done yet — fix the gaps and your whole body will grow.
