Take a break from the inbox and join us in the pod for a Wednesday Lunchtime Sleep Session 💜

Sleep Sessions are all about hitting ‘pause’. In this intentional shutdown, a powerful recharge happens. One that’s both restorative, and rejuvenating. The gentle warmth paired with a restorative yoga class is perfect for anyone craving peak well-being in every aspect of life, rest included.

This early afternoon session will begin with a guided relaxation practice, Yoga Nidra. Followed by a gentle waking of the senses with yoga postures supported by bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye pillows. We end the session with a breath practice to bring you back to alertness, ready to take on the rest of the day feeling restored, focussed and rejuvenated.

The pod provides an immersive environment unlike any other, perfectly positioned to take you deeper, faster.

This is not a hot or sweaty class, come in comfortable clothes.
