Strongsupplesound Body movement classes and conversations, yoga and related practices. The aim of yoga is to bring to your mind and body a sense of deep contentment and optimism.

A session may include some elements of meditation, the practice of physical postures or asanas, breath awareness and deep relaxation. Restoring the body relaxes the mind and over time a yoga practice may help you to overcome many obstacles on the path to health and happiness.

Todays adventure. Whale watch boat trip in Akureuri

Today walked in the mountains and next to the Arctic Ocean. Saw seals. Ate amazing food. Learned about Icelandic history. Rode an Icelandic horse calked Hugo. Had an amaxing flotation session in a naturally fed outdoor pool. Pinch me!!
