👋🏼 Hello, I’m a local Reflexologist with over 13years experience in complementary therapies. I usually rent a space in Lochgilphead to see clients but am thinking of doing a day in Inveraray each month where I can offer mobile treatments from the comfort of your home.

🗓️It would be a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday in between school hours and it would be great to know any interest either in comments/DM.

💆🏻‍♀️FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY 50min £47.50 - Using all organic skincare products, locally made artisanal skincare products & cold Guasha therapy this gentle & relaxing treatment leaves the skin looking rejuvenated and supports the whole bodies healing processes. Particularly recommended for anyone with neurological health conditions.

🦶🏼FOOT REFELXOLOGY 60min £42.50 -

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing complementary therapy that takes a holistic approach towards Healing the body. It uses a unique method of thumbs & fingers on the feet to help bring the body back into balance.

🎁COMBO TREATMENT 55min £45 - best of both with facial & foot Reflexology

🧠LIMBIC REFLEXOLOGY 60min £42.50 - this invigorating treatment works the Limbic reflex areas on the toes. The Limbic brain known as the seat of emotions, is deeply connected to the bodies pain pathways & endogenous opiates and fear circuitry. Particularly recommended for Chronic pain conditions & Nervous system regulation.

Our Story

After completing my YTT200hrs training in India in 2013 I have gone on to teach Yoga in Studios, Gyms, Leisure Centres as well as running community classes & workshops and private sessions.
