Sooooo it happened!
I went to my first yoga class many years ago and fell in love straight away!

I can't say enough how much I appreciate yoga in my life through the hard times and the good!

And last night I taught my first yoga class!

With a great turn out from my taster session to finding a beautiful studio 😍..

I have dreamt of this for a long time, and now it's happening ❤️

I thank myself for the consistency, love and discipline I have.

Cheers to many more yoga classes!

I introduced myself to minehead with a free yoga class on the 28th April! 🥰

I was full of happiness when I saw the turn out 😍 so many people want to bring yoga into their lives 💚
