Join us to mark the midsummer maximum of the sun's power and the full Capricorn moon.
Retuning to the crystal healing bowls and planetary gongs, relaxing with the koshi chimes and realigning to the cosmic rhythms around us! And you know there will be home-made lovely things and herbal teas to follow x

Join us for a gentle yoga session to realign the body and stretch into the new energy of Aries season.
Then, do some serious lying down and relax as the healing sounds of the planetary gongs and crystal bowls work their magic.

This significant new moon is marked by the much talked-of solar eclipse, so why not join our biodynamic practitioner and find out what this particular cosmic moment means.

New moon yoga and sound bath✨Sunday 10th March ✨ 7-9pm ✨
Gently aligning bodies and minds into the piscean flow of this moon.
Join us for relaxing stretch and release yoga, working with asanas in tune with biodynamic energy.
Then when you've done relaxing in the body, stay with us for a long lie down under cosy blankets, in front of a log fire whilst you immerse yourself in the healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs and koshi chimes.
Then when you've done relaxing the mind it's choco tea and homemade flapjacks to gently coax you back into the flow of going home to bed!
Probably the best pre-Monday morning event ever!

Happy New Year to all! Exmoor Wellbeing moon sound baths will be returning with the first full moon of the year on Thursday 25th January. 🌕

Rest in the liminal space of this first moonth, and enjoy the slowly returning light of the sun as you settle into the new year.

All our sound baths are led by our qualified sound therapist and biodynamic practitioner, guiding your journey through the year through her knowledge of the moon's sidereal energies. 🌕

All will allow you to deeply relax, retune and recharge with the planetary gongs, 432hz crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and beautiful koshi chimes.

All finish with a gift of herbal teas and homemade goodies and all start at 7.30pm and finish around 8.45pm!
