✨ Just a little update - our Poppy Kids Yoga Club now starts at 6pm on Tuesdays, a little later to suit busy parents!

Everything else stays the same: stories, yoga, games, and calm, all inspired by magical world of The Whispering Wood 🍄🌳

First session back with my Reception Yoga Club today and my first gift of the year... I love it when they gift their mod...

First session back with my Reception Yoga Club today and my first gift of the year... I love it when they gift their models and creations to me 🥰
We had a woodland warm up poem, We learned TEN Yoga poses (how clever are they?!) and played some games with them, we had a jumping frog competition 🐸 and we had a story about a giddy Elf who found his calm.
We chose whether we were feeling happy, giddy, kind or chilled and we all got a very well deserved sticker at the end 🦋
I think it's safe to say we all had fun 😄
