NUTRITION: BREAKFAST 🥝 How I start my day for gut health & reduced inflammation.
Breakfast is my ritual - the first step in setting the tone for my day. I try to keep it clean, nourishing, and gut-friendly:
🌾 Glyphosate-free oats
🌱 Chia seeds - for fibre and omega-3s
🥛 Organic almond milk or full-fat milk - depending on the day
💪 Bovine collagen peptides & clean protein powder with adaptogens - free from heavy metals
✨ Maca powder & true cinnamon - for a natural energy lift and hormone health
🏋️ Creatine - for strength and recovery
🥝 Kiwi - also great at night to support sleep
🍓 Organic berries - blueberries for gut health, raspberries for fibre, vitamin C & polyphenols
🍶 Optional Greek yoghurt - for extra protein on long/training days
I focus on high-quality ingredients, often sourcing organic and local produce…Because if you’re eating something every day, it should be the best you can get. My goal is foods that support gut health, reduce inflammation, and keep me feeling vibrant.
