Here is a sneak preview of what you might expect on a full day retreat. The morning is spent in nature reflecting on light, shadows and the underground kingdom. After a homecooked lunch, we used the inspiration from nature to create abstract art reflecting the woodlands.

What a wonderful day! Even the weather was kind. The inaugural full day retreat looked at light, dark, shadows and komorebi a Japanese word for sunlight through trees. And we even had a little sun peep through. Themes of belonging and community came through as we talked about sharing space with nature. After lunch, the group used the woodlands as inspiration for abstract landscapes. Thank you to everyone who travelled from Manchester to be with me.
