Struggling with back or hip pain in between treatments or need some relaxation, try an acupressure mat. 15 mins minimum a day if you can and you'll notice a huge improvement.
I've been trialling mine out for my lower back and hip pain and it's definitely improving things.
They're available on amazon to buy or I have one here if you'd like to borrow it.

Exciting times in the pipeline!
