If every single person who has liked you in your lifetime were to light up on a map, it would create the most glitteringly beautiful network you could imagine.
Throw in the strangers you’ve been kind to, the people you’ve made laugh, or inspired along the way, and that star-bright web of you would be an impressive sight to behold. You’re so much more than you think you are. You have done so much more than you realise. You’re trailing a bright pathway that you don’t even know about. What a thing. What a thing indeed.

When you recieve a special invitation for a one off, tailor made training day at OBITUS head office in Sheffield you simply dont say no...!!! Fabulous days training alongside Paula Harvey, i've learnt so much!!❤️and there was lots of tasty food too!🤣x

As well as having the privilege to officiate funeral services in the role of a celebrant, taking great pride in looking after families.
I am also a Tutor with the National Association of Funeral Directors......in September I will be proudly witnessing my Funeral Director students receiving their NAFD Higher Education Level 4 Funeral Directing Diplomas 🎓👩‍🎓👨‍🎓🎓

Today is 🌎 world Mental Health Day❤️

Why is mental health important? Seems a daft question doesn't it!

But our mental health is often dismissed or ignored when it should be a priority on the same level as our physical health.
Mental health can actually help us be physically healthier!

Mental health is a basic human right that's important at every stage of life. ❤️

Wonderful poem we shared today during a service for a very special gentleman.

The Book.
Go to that place we loved, our secret place, close your eyes and you’ll see my face.
Play that tune, the tune we loved to hear, close your eyes and you’ll see me clear.
Walk on the beach or climb to the top of a hill, close your eyes and you’ll see me still.
Take a sip of wine, of dark red wine, close your eyes and you’ll see me fine.
At night go out and look at the brightest star, close your eyes and you’ll see me far.
On a day when the sky is blue and cold and clear, close your eyes and you’ll see me near.
Take down a book that would have been my choice, Open the book, close your eyes, you’ll hear my voice. © Paul Meadows

I have now had the privilege of working within the Funeral Profession for 19years, during that time working in various roles, a Funeral Arranger, a Funeral Director and for the last 6years in the dual role of a Celebrant and a Tutor with the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) I particularly enjoy tutoring alongside my friend and colleague tutor Emily. I have the best of both worlds the privilege of looking after families and also supporting and guiding Funeral Directors.
