Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy may be a way forward to offer support and help in getting your life back on track. My aim is that each psychotherapy session will be quality time for you to talk through your problems in a non-judgemental, safe and confidential setting that will be uniquely tailored to you. Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy aim to contribute significantly to our general sense of well being and our ability to manage our lives more effectively, and thereby positively influencing our mental and physical health. I have over 25 years experience working in NHS and private mental health services. I have successfully supported male and female clients on an individual or group basis whilst working in hospital and community settings. My specialist experience is in recurrent Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Problems and Self Esteem, often linked to past and recent trauma. I abide by the Code of Ethics of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Hallam Institute of Psychotherapy. My practice is sensitive to culture, diversity and difference. Please contact me for a confidential telephone consultation for further information.

Mindfulness offers several benefits for mental and physical well-being by encouraging people to focus on the present moment with awareness and without judgment. Regular mindfulness practice can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration, and support emotional balance. Over time, mindfulness can also contribute to better sleep, stronger resilience, and an overall greater sense of clarity and well-being in daily life.

As the week moves forward, Thursday offers a moment to pause and acknowledge your efforts. Even small steps matter. Take a breath, be kind to yourself, and remember that progress often happens quietly, one day at a time. Looking after your Self care is essentail for maintaining your overall wellbeing.

Hello! I wanted to re-introduce myself. I'm Rahna from the Wales rescue. Unfortunately, I'm still looking for my forever home. 🏠❤🐾

As you can see, I'm a stunning girl. Being a Bengal cross has given me some unique markings as well as a unique personality. I'm not sure why I haven't had any luck finding a home. I'm a sweetheart! The humans say it's because I'm an independent girl who likes her own space. I think I just need an understanding owner who knows how to handle my Bengal side.

I'm six years old now, and I haven't had a stable home in a while. I've been spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated, so I'm all ready to go! I'm excellent at catching unwanted rodents, so if you have a pest problem, maybe I could help? I think I would like a more rural type of home, somewhere I would have lots of outdoor space to explore. I sadly can't be adopted to a home with another cat or any young children.

If you think you could be the perfect person I have been waiting for, the humans would love to hear from you. You can find the application form to adopt me here: https://www.freshfields.org.uk/cat-application-wales-page/
You can also email wales@freshfields.org.uk or call the humans' office on 01286880808 for more information on what type of home I'm looking for.

Please like and share my post so I can find my forever home soon!
Thank you/Diolch.

Passionate about your mental health

MTS Psychotherapy offers psychotherapy to people in Flint, North Wales and Chester, Cheshire, who need psychological support with their emotional wellbeing.

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy may be a way forward to offer support and help in getting your life back on track when experiencing intense psychological symptoms. My clients come to me from all walks of life. Some experience recurrent intense anxiety and fears, which are often accompanied with physical symptoms. Other clients experience depressive thoughts, feeling being stuck in darkness and not able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Often there is a link to recent and past trauma.

All my clients have one thing in common, which is wanting to stop experiencing intense negative thought and feelings. They want to enjoy life again.

My aim is that each psychotherapy session will be quality time for you to talk through your problems in a non-judgemental, safe and confidential setting that will be uniquely tailored to you. After successfully completing a course of psychotherapy, my clients experience significantly a better general sense of well being and have the ability to manage their lives more effectively, and thereby positively influencing their mental and physical health. I have nearly 25 years experience working in NHS and independent mental health services and have successfully supported male and female clients on an individual or group basis whilst working in hospital and community settings. My specialist experience is in enduring Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Problems, past and recent trauma, abuse and as Self Esteem issues. I abide by the Code of Ethics of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Hallam Institute of Psychotherapy. My practice is sensitive to culture, diversity and difference. I am GDPR compliant. Please contact me for a free confidential telephone chat for further information.
