But with spring arriving and brighter mornings and lighter evenings finally here, it’s the perfect time for an energy reset. 🌱✨
In Reiki, we often see winter as a period where energy slows and stagnates. Just like nature, our bodies and emotions can feel dormant. Spring invites us to gently release that heaviness and allow fresh, vibrant energy to flow again.
A simple way to do this is through a short self-Reiki practice:
🌸 Take a few quiet minutes to breathe deeply
🌸 Place your hands over your heart or solar plexus
🌸 Set the intention to release any stagnant winter energy
🌸 Visualise light and warmth flowing through your body
