That subtle awareness is your intuition tuning into energy. Everything and everyone carries an energetic field, and for humans, we often call this the aura.

Your aura is the energetic field that surrounds and interpenetrates your physical body. Itโ€™s like a luminous cocoon made up of layers that reflect your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
