Hi Everyone 🤗

Firstly a massive 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖 to my clients for their support and custom throughout 2025! 🤗✨ I'm so grateful to see so many familiar returning faces, as well as lots of new clients walk through the doors of "The Byre."🤍 I hope you and all those belonging to you have a very Happy, Peaceful and most importantly, Healthy 2026 🥰✨

As we start this New Year, I'm introducing a new treatment - Warm Bamboo Massage 😍 I am SO excited to offer this incredible deep tissue treatment 👌🏼✨🔥 For those that like deep pressure, this will be a game changer for you! 🙌🏻

I know in today's society it doesn't need much explaining about the increased costs (of absolutely everything 🫠💰) from electricity, oils, rolls, insurance... to name just a few 🙈 but unfortunately I've had to make the decision to increase the prices of all my treatments effective from 𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Please note this is the first time I've made a price increase in over 4 years 🥹 I hope my clients will understand and respect this. 🙏🏼🤍

Note: All vouchers bought in 2025 will be honoured for the treatment they are bought for i.e. 2025 pricing stands for the voucher, up until their expiry date. 🤗

Hi everyone,

‼️Appointments have booked up really quick this month & I am now FULLY BOOKED until January 2026🥹‼️

As I'm off from 22nd Dec - 5th Jan, I will post in the next few weeks when I'm opening my January dates. 🗓️

As always, THANK YOU all for keeping me so busy 🥰🐝🫶🏻 Lots of familiar faces returning, as well as new faces too which I love to see! 😊 I am really grateful for the support, loyalty, as well as friendships this little venture has brought me 4 years later 🥹😊✨

💚🤍 This needed a place on the grid 💚🤍

I never thought I'd have the boots, hurl and helmet back out again 🫣 But I'm SO glad I did 🥹 Getting back out and playing seconds camogie over the last number of months, along side the best bunch of girls and feeling under absolutely no pressure, has made playing camogie so enjoyable! 💫 We are so lucky to have the greatest support from our brilliant managers ☺️✨ What a great group to be a part of! 🥰🇳🇬
.Everyone takes part in different sports for different reasons, and at different levels; whether it's for the competitive edge and passion, a social network or for mental health reasons, we all have our own personal reasons. For so many years I put so much pressure on myself in an unhealthy way, but for me now, this is what it's all about - exercise, health and enjoyment ✨ We are so lucky to be able to move (albeit I move fairly slow 🐌😅) 🏃🏻‍♀️🏑💪🏻..

To finish the season with some silverware too always makes it that bit sweeter ☺️🏆🇳🇬

Hi Everyone 🤍 My diary for July is filling up pretty quickly with limited availability until W/C 21st July.

Advance notice: I will be taking some 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳 from 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴 - 𝟭𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴 for some well needed R & R for myself 😊💆🏻‍♀️

Going forward from today, 25th April 2025, when enquiring to book an appointment please include the following information in your message:
1️⃣ Specify the treatment you wish to receive:
- Upper Body*
- Lower Body*
- Full Body*
- Tailored 45 Minute Massage* (3 areas)
2️⃣ Provide day(s) of preference
3️⃣ Provide time(s) of preference e.g. morning, afternoon or evening.

In the interest of other clients, going forward I am assuming if I receive 𝗻𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 of being offered various appointment dates and times, that it doesn’t suit. Therefore, these appointment slots will be offered out to other clients if no confirmation is received.

I will always do my best to accommodate you! 😊 However, to avoid “back and forth” messages, this will allow more efficient booking of appointments.
