It is with much sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Sylvia Adams on Sunday, 19th April, 2026. Beloved partner of Wilson, loving mother to Rebecca and Abbey, and much loved grandma to Harris and Lewis. Although our world is now a lot darker without you, we take comfort that the heavens are now so much brighter. Loved by so many, you are forever in our hearts. Funeral to take place on Wednesday, 6th May, 2026 at 12.30pm., at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim. The family would like those attending to wear something colourful. Family flowers only please. There will be the opportunity to donate to the Dundee Bairns charity if desired.

With great sadness, we announce the passing of our much loved mum (Betty), peacefully, at Harestane Care Home, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, aged 87 years, cherished wife of the late Willie and devoted mother to Liz, Billy and Scott, proud gran and great-grandmother, special sister to the late Alex and a good friend to all. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 9.30 a.m., at St Peter & Paul's Church, Byron Street, Dundee, thereafter on to Birkhill Cemetery. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend. As an expression of sympathy, and in place of flowers, the family welcomes donations to go to Harestane Care Home Comfort Fund.

Peter and Heather wish to thank all friends, neighbours and family for their cards, letters, emails and text messages offering support and condolences in the sad loss of Marjory; grateful thanks to the teams from Unicare and Angus Community Alarm for their tremendous support both day and night, to all staff at Monifieth Health Centre, to the Rev. Douglas Monaghan for his comforting words at the Celebration of Marjory's Life and to Robin Marshall of Selwood Funeral Directors for his dignity and professionalism in all aspects of the funeral arrangements; finally, heartfelt thanks to all who attended Parkgrove Crematorium and who generously donated to Hydrocephalus research via the Neurosurgical Ward Endowment Fund (Ninewells Hospital), raising Β£594.
