It’s Friday! 🌟

Time to focus on one of my specialisms in reflexology…. Fertility.

This is a subject close to my heart and I am very pleased to have been able to support numerous couples through their fertility journeys.

This is not just limited to helping people conceive, women suffering with reproductive illnesses like endometriosis, PCOS and fibroids can find that reflexology can help to improve quality of life in a meaningful way. Tuesday morning trivia 😊. Focusing on the spine in a reflexology treatment does so much more than support the musculoskeletal system.

Each vertebrae also corresponds to another area in the body which may need some attention too! As well as being a super relaxing reflex, this is definitely one I focus on during each treatment ❤️👣.
