I know it’s a trend right now, but this one means so much to me. 🩷⁣
11 years ago, my world completely fell apart. Something truly horrific happened in my family, and it sent my already fragile mental health into a full collapse.⁣
That’s when I was referred to the amazing .davies, a psychologist who introduced me to inner child work as part of EMDR therapy.⁣
EMDR helps the brain reprocess trauma by allowing us—as the adults we are now—to go back and meet the emotional needs of our younger selves. It’s deep work… but profoundly healing.⁣
So yes, it’s a trend—but one I’m absolutely here for. Seeing AI bring that inner child vision to life? 🥹 It hit me in a way I didn’t expect.⁣

We were effected by the fires at Goldcliff Common yesterday. The smoke and smell was horrendous all day, I didn’t panic until the neighbours knocked to say it was time to get out!Happy to say we’re all fine thanks to the emergency services and people helping out! Great community in .

Sorry guys, absolutely everything stinks of smoke today! I’ll be washing linens for weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️

✨ I teamed up with our very lovely Mary Clare; a sound therapist last week, at our beautiful space .in.the.city — and wow, what an incredible experience it was! ✨⁣
The session was a huge success, deeply enjoyed by both the client and us as therapists. At the end, Mary Clare said, “You looked so beautiful while giving the massage, like you were performing Tai Chi.” 🌀⁣
What a compliment—I know my fellow Jingers and mentors will appreciate this too! 🤍
