I just wanted to share a little update with you all 🤍
So many of you have been coming to me for years now, and it honestly means the world that you trust me with your aches, stress, stories, and quiet moments on the couch. Creating a calm space where you can fully switch off and feel looked after is something I care deeply about, and I always want your treatments at The Strong Daffodil to feel unhurried, nurturing, and high quality every time.
With the continued rise in product costs, supplies, and general running expenses, I’ll be making a small price adjustment from March 1st.
New studio treatment prices will be:
✨ 60 minutes – £60
✨ 90 minutes – £90
✨ 2 hours – £120
This change helps me continue giving you the time, care, and attention your body deserves — using beautiful products and keeping the peaceful environment you love, without cutting corners.
I’m truly so grateful for each and every one of you. Your support for my small business, your kindness, and the chats (or peaceful silences!) we share are such a special part of my work 💛

I’ve recently added Red Light Therapy into my treatments and I just had to share why I’m loving it ❤️
Red light therapy works gently with your skin, using specific wavelengths of light to support collagen production, boost circulation and encourage that healthy, natural glow ✨ It’s completely non-invasive, deeply relaxing, and feels like a little rest for your nervous system too.

I love offering this as an add-on because it’s one of those treatments where you can truly switch off while your skin is being supported from the inside out. Calm, cosy, and nurturing — just how self-care should feel, not only will the light therapy play its amazing part but so will the lovely and soothing serum that is applied before applying the mask.

Hey! So my goal this year is to book for facial.

Why? Well because I love supporting the small business I buy all my skincare products from ( ) and I really enjoy the holistic side of skincare. Winter weather is wet but it really dries out our skin so we need to put more into it to allow ourselves to have that glow and beauty we all need and want.

So for February I'm offering an Oleo facial with a free Gua Sha facial massage upgrade to not only promote healthy, hydrated glowing skin but to add deep relaxation to your treatment. This package will be priced at £50 and will be a treatment time of 75 minutes.
