Updated cancellation / no show policy

Please appreciate that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I am usually unable to fill that appointment slot.

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel any appointments. Less than 48 hours you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation
fee.

Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice you will be required to pay for
your appointment in full.

If you miss your appointment with no notice you will also be required to pay in full before
being able to rebook another appointment.

Of course, I do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.

I’m a small business renting space so I hope you understand.

Well the last 2 years we’ve laughed, cried, hugged and grown together! I am so very thankful to have shared my teacher training with this lot, an absolute joy!! And Bob our teacher for always keeping us on our toes!

I passed my exams today and I am proud of myself!!

I LOVE helping others feel good!!

In this instance it was my other special treatment that I offer KCR.

KCR is a protocol developed by a Scottish physiotherapist to correct an apparent leg length difference and bring the body back into balance. Gentle stretches that bring postural changes to correct the body’s imbalance.

A regular of mine in for an AcuGlow Facial, what’s great about this treatment is we can look at your primary concern on a physical and / or emotional level and also treat the face! It’s like 2 treatments in one!!

Main concern was her long term issue with an ongoing chest infection so we focussed on points on the ear to support her with this.

Some good points to mention

✨ Adrenals - Regulates adrenocortical stress hormones, fight-or-flight response, and inflammation; constricts blood vessels; used for hypotension, hypertension, respiration, asthma.

✨Lung - Used for respiratory disorders: pneumonia, bronchitis, asthma, cough, sore throat, tuberculosis, chest congestion, phlegm. Aids in detoxification from addictions and substance abuse.

✨ Trachea: Used for sore throat, laryngitis, tonsillitis, dysphasia, swallowing disorders, cough, and phlegm.

Followed by reiki, light therapy, foot massage, facial massage, mask and scalp massage 💆‍♀️

Boosting your Qi

Whether it be acupressure or acupuncture both offer an approach to stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities.

When your Qi flows freely through your pathways (also known as meridians) your body will feel in general good health. But if pathways become blocked then imbalances can lead to discomfort and disease.

A great point I always use KD3 because it’s a nourishing point, it’s boosts energy, addresses back pain, insomnia and fatigue. It’s also linked to fertility and menopause.

Why not try it at home? Place finger or thumb on the point and massage it slowly using circular motions. Take some nice deep breaths for maybe 1-3 minutes. Make sure you do both sides
