World Reflexology Week🦶😌

Did you know, Reflexology is not just for the feet! Reflexology can also be done on the head, face and hands. So if you’re not a fan of your feet being touched, there are other options to choose from.

Thai Reflexology is another spin on traditional Reflexology, with wooden and metal tools being used on the feet during the treatment to get right into the reflexes on the feet, and working right up to the knee. It feels lovely, and brings all the same benefits of reflexology within a treatment.

My Reflexology for Perimenopause & Menopause treatment works on the face, hands and feet and targets the specific reflexes which can be affected during this time of change for a woman.

Reflexology is a gentle treatment & is suitable for all - from babies, through childhood, puberty, pregnancy, menopause and beyond! It is perfect for helping to ease symptoms of anything you can think of - headaches/migraines, digestive issues, aches & pains, nausea/heartburn/pelvic pain during pregnancy, helping deal with the side effects of cancer treatment, breaking a bad sleep habit, de stress and relaxation….the list is endless.
