I had the most delightful day yesterday at Nirvana Spa. I was there as a carer for my daughter, and all the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, guiding us around the facilities.

My daughter especially enjoyed the hydrobeds — although the room was a little cold, blankets were provided to keep warm, which was a thoughtful touch. The facilities were exceptionally clean, and we also tried the Dead Sea salt therapy pool. Once again, the staff were excellent at explaining exactly how to use it for the best experience.

The restaurant was very well run, with a huge range of fresh food options. It can feel a little overwhelming at first because there’s so much choice, but everything we tried was delicious.

I will definitely return. As a therapist myself, it’s always a treat to visit different spas and salons — and Nirvana Spa did not disappoint
