November Appointment Update

So far this month, our team has looked after patients through 2,024 appointments — thank you to everyone who has attended and worked with us to keep things running smoothly.

We did have 61 missed appointments, including 6 nurse appointments this morning, Tuesday 18th November which added up to 1 hour 25 minutes of nursing time lost. When appointments are missed, it means someone else may wait longer to be seen.

If you ever can’t make your appointment, just give us a quick call, or contact us via our website by completing a triage form — we completely understand, and it really helps us offer the slot to another patient.

Thank you for supporting your local surgery and helping us care for our community.
