A moment of reflection after a beautiful weekend.

Before finding our Nutrition Club community I was lost, I had done every quick fix “diet” and on a Sunday night, I would be searching for the one I hadn’t tried before or thinking about which one I hated the least to go back to 😹 😆 🤭
