This last month I’ve tweaked my nutrition plan, upped my game and took my own results to the next level.
Why? Because I am accountable to my coach Chris Maher and our community Peninsula Nutrition
What I love is that I am not heading to Christmas (still 6 weeks away) thinking “screw it, I’ll start after Christmas”
Because I know I’d get to Christmas, feel awful then start searching for the next quick fix, fad or look at which group to go back to which didn’t work the last 5 times I went but this time will be different … sure 😉
If you’re wanting to prevent all of this ⬆️ I would love to show you how we can still enjoy Christmas without having the dread of starting a diet come Boxing Day.
