My yoga classes are a fusion of hatha, yin, core strength, relaxation and general wellbeing.
Tuesday evening 6.30 to 8pm. Zoom available anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home. Recordings available after the session.
Wednesday morning 11am to 12.30pm relaxation. Yoga nidra, cuppa , chat and breath work
Wednesday evening 6.30 to 8pm. A face to face class in the beautiful setting of Monks Cottage Sanctuary Eastham
All classes £10 per class bookable a month in advance, so £40 for a four week month.

Starting Wednesday 8th January 11am to 12.30.
Would you like to strengthen your respiratory system? Or maybe feel more relaxed ?
Then maybe you would like to join my relaxation class at Monks Cottage Sanctuary. This class will be in the upstairs sanctuary on comfy sofas with an option to lie on mats if you wish.
The class will last for 60 mins and there will be refreshments provided after with a chance to chat with like minded people.
Bookable a month in advance £10 per session so £40 per month.If you re not able to make the class a recording will be available.

In the beautiful setting of Monks Cottage Sanctuary I will guide you through breath work to de stress and take control of your thoughts, a deep yoga nidra relaxation with the sounds of me playing handpan. Stay after for a cuppa and a chat.

Hello beautiful yogis so details for retreat day are as follows
Saturday 11th February at monks cottage retreat.
Manor Road, Eastham, there is parking on the drive and we will offer transport to anyone in need.
9.30 to 4pm with breaks there will be four yoga sessions an hour each, including gentle stretching, yin yoga, yoga nidra. There is a hot tub and a beautiful garden also relaxing areas if you don't want to do 4 hours.
If you would like to come I would like a £10 deposit by 20th January please. I'm hoping we may have 10 people so as to make the total cost just £20 and to make it viable. Please message if you are able to come it will be a lovely day and will be great to bring all of my beautiful yogis together ❤
